yes, definitely, Sasu Ripati is enormously influenced by Jaki Liebezeit.
btw Patrick, "Secret Rhythms" of Burnt Friendman and Jaki Liebezeit is a very nice bass and percussion project. let me know if you want them (3 cds-lossless).
